On April 28, 2025, Aalborg Portland (Anqing) Co., Ltd. successfully held the 5th Group and 8th Company Safety Day event with the theme of "Safety is Everyone's Responsibility, and Safety is for All". Focusing on high-risk operation management and full-staff safety responsibilities, this event continuously strengthened the enterprise's safety culture through training, drills and digital innovation.
In the morning of the event, Gao Xu, Manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, organized employees at and above the squad leader level to carry out a "LOTOTO (Lockout-Tagout) Special Training". The training focused on explaining the energy isolation specifications in the maintenance of high-risk equipment, and improved the safety operation capabilities of managers through case analysis.
After the training, Zhang Chao, the factory manager, delivered a speech combined with industry accident cases, emphasizing the key role of strictly implementing the LOTOTO procedure in preventing accidental startup of equipment and ensuring personnel safety.
In the afternoon session, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, together with the Production Department and the Electromechanical Department, conducted a "Special Emergency Rescue Drill for Confined Space - Warehouse Clearing and Inventory Clearing Accidents". The drill simulated the emergency response to sudden accidents in confined space operations, tested the efficiency of multi-department collaborative rescue, and optimized the implementation process of the emergency plan.
In addition, in response to the group's deployment, the company officially launched the Group Safety APP. This platform supports employees to report potential safety hazards in real time and track the progress of rectification, promoting full-staff participation in safety management. At present, the company has achieved safe operation for 2,184 consecutive days without Lost Time Injuries (LTI). In the future, it will continue to deepen the control of high-risk operations and steadily move towards the safety goal of 3,000 days.
